Location Data: WalkDraw collects GPS location data to enable the core functionality of drawing paths on the map. This includes:

Real-time GPS coordinates while you are actively drawing
Path data consisting of sequential location points
Timestamp information associated with location points

We do NOT collect:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Browsing history or app usage analytics
Any information from other apps on your device

3. How We Use Your Information

The location data collected is used exclusively for:

Displaying your current position on the map
Drawing your walking/running path in real-time
Saving your GPS drawings to your device's local storage
Loading and displaying your previously saved drawings

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers. Your GPS drawings and location data remain entirely under your control on your personal device.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information or location data with any third parties. Your data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or any external services.

6. Third-Party Services

WalkDraw uses the following third-party services:

Google Maps SDK: Used to display maps and your location. Google's privacy policy applies to map data. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
Google Play Services (Fused Location Provider): Used for accurate location tracking. This service operates under Google's privacy policy.

7. Permissions

WalkDraw requires the following permissions:

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Required to track your precise GPS position for drawing
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used as a fallback for location services
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: Allows continued tracking when the app is minimized (optional, for uninterrupted drawing)
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Enables location tracking to continue while the app is active

8. Data Retention

Your GPS drawings are stored on your device until you choose to delete them. You have full control over your data and can delete individual drawings or all data at any time through the app interface.

9. Children's Privacy

WalkDraw does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for general audiences and does not require any personal information to function.

10. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security measures. We recommend using device encryption and screen lock features to protect your data.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your stored GPS drawings through the app
Delete any or all of your saved drawings
Revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings
Uninstall the app, which will remove all associated data
