조이챗은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성 착취물(CSAM)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 조이챗은 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있는 서비스이며, 미성년자의 이용을 허용하지 않습니다.
1. 미성년자 이용 제한
- 서비스는 만 19세 이상만 가입·이용할 수 있으며, 가입 시 나이를 입력하고 휴대폰 본인 확인을 거칩니다. 만 19세 미만의 나이는 가입할 수 없습니다.
- 미성년자임이 확인되거나 강하게 의심되는 계정은 즉시 이용을 정지하고 계정 및 관련 개인정보를 삭제합니다.
- 이용약관은 만 19세 미만 대상 대화·만남 유도 및 아동·청소년을 성적 대상으로 하는 모든 행위를 금지합니다.
2. 금지되는 행위
다음 행위는 서비스 내 어디에서도(프로필, 톡, 1:1 채팅, 사진) 금지되며, 발견 즉시 콘텐츠 삭제와 영구 이용 제한 조치를 합니다.
- 아동 또는 청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상으로 삼는 콘텐츠(사진·영상·글) 게시·전송·요청
- 아동·청소년에 대한 그루밍, 성적 접근, 성매매 알선, 만남 유도, 협박 및 성착취
- 아동·청소년의 개인정보(사진, 연락처, 위치 등)를 수집·공유하는 행위
- 불법 촬영물 및 그 유포 협박
3. 앱 내 신고 및 차단 수단
- 신고: 프로필 상세 화면, 톡 목록, 채팅방 메뉴(⋮)에서 언제든지 신고할 수 있습니다. 사유에는 "음란·선정적 내용", "욕설·비하·괴롭힘", "사기·금전 요구", "사칭·허위 정보" 등이 있으며, 상세 내용을 함께 적을 수 있습니다.
- 차단: 프로필 상세 화면에서 상대를 차단하면 서로의 톡과 프로필이 보이지 않고 대화신청이 제한됩니다. 차단 관리는 "마이 > 차단관리"에서 할 수 있습니다.
- 채팅방 나가기: 채팅방 메뉴에서 언제든지 나갈 수 있습니다.

4. 신고 처리 절차
- 접수된 모든 신고는 운영자가 검토합니다. 아동·청소년 관련 신고는 최우선으로 처리합니다.
- 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
- 아동 성 착취물(CSAM) 등 불법 콘텐츠가 확인된 경우 관련 증거를 보존하고, 관계 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 관계 기관에 지체 없이 신고합니다.
- 신고자의 정보는 신고 처리 목적으로만 사용하며 피신고자에게 공개하지 않습니다.
5. 관련 법령 준수
조이챗은 대한민국의 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」, 「전기통신사업법」, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 아동 보호 관련 법령과 Google Play의 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수합니다. 불법 촬영물 및 아동·청소년 성착취물에 대해서는 관련 법령이 요구하는 삭제·접속 차단 등의 조치를 이행하며, 수사기관의 적법한 요청에 협조합니다.

JoyChat has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). JoyChat is an adults-only service (19+ in Korea). Minors are not permitted to use the app.
1. Adults only
- Users must be 19 or older. Sign-up requires entering an age and verifying a mobile phone number by SMS; ages under 19 are rejected.
- Accounts that are confirmed or reasonably suspected to belong to a minor are suspended immediately, and the account and its personal data are deleted.
- Our Terms of Service prohibit any conduct that targets minors or sexualizes minors.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following is prohibited everywhere in the app (profiles, posts, 1:1 chat, photos). We remove the content and permanently ban the account upon discovery.
- Posting, sending, or requesting content that depicts or sexualizes minors
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sexual extortion, arranging meetings with, or trafficking of minors
- Collecting or sharing personal information of minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery and threats to distribute it
3. In-app reporting and safety tools
- Report: users can report a profile, a post ("Talk"), or a chat at any time from the profile screen, the post list, or the chat menu, choosing a reason (e.g. sexual content, abuse/harassment, fraud, impersonation) and adding details.
- Block: blocking a user hides both users from each other and prevents new chat requests.
- Leave chat: users can leave any conversation at any time.

4. How we handle reports
- Every report is reviewed by our operators; reports involving minors are handled with the highest priority.
- When a violation is confirmed we remove the content and permanently suspend the account.
- When CSAM or other illegal content is identified, we preserve the relevant evidence and report it without delay to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law (in Korea, law enforcement and the relevant agencies; internationally, NCMEC where applicable).
- Reporter information is used only to process the report and is not disclosed to the reported user.
5. Legal compliance
JoyChat complies with applicable child-safety laws, including the Korean Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sexual Abuse, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection Act, as well as Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
